Today was the first GGTH training session for the Big Half in March! It turned out to be a very personal training session for Domitille as she was the only attendee (merci Domitille!) but it was nonetheless a productive session! Since it was the first session, we went for a steady run around the edge of Victoria Park, and we were able to talk tips for training plans. One kind of training we talked about was Yasso 800 runs which are a kind of interval training. It's over shorter distances but aims to help train your body to run longer distances.
