Four Goodgymmers braved the ever changing and mainly miserable weather to assemble at our little 'home', Wanstead House.

There we had the pleasure of welcoming the lovely Elegia for her first ever Goodgym task! Do give her a cheer.

The original plan would have been to pop down to the babybank, but plans change... so instead we went round to what is now a regular spot for litter, the foot & cycle path along the A12. It is sad to see how much rubbish people seem to throw out of their cars on the slip road ☹

Four bags of rubbish later, it was time to go for a run and back to base - all done without getting wet!

Next month we will be returning to the babybank and also visiting the Eastwood garden again.
