After having fun completing the deck of cards workout, Helen, Rob and I completed the 500 reps workout challenge by Friday 15th May!
I completed the challenge on a very warm Sunday afternoon in my sunny back garden. I opted to do 100 each of the following:
Romanian Dead Lifts
Star Jumps
Plank Shoulder Taps
Squats
Russian Twists
Rob completed the challenge on Thursday, he completed 100 of the following:
Squats
Sit Ups
Press Ups
Star Jumps
Plank Shoulder Taps
Helen completed her challenge on Friday, she did 100 of the following:
Skips
Squats
Plank Shoulder Taps
Reverse Lunges
Star Jumps
We all had fun completing the challenge, maybe we can double the reps for next week....!!
