We were back off to the old familiar of the Durham Ox tonight to make sure that this dog leg part of the National Cycle Network (NCN) was kept spic and span.
Unfortunately this part of the NCN does suffer with regular litter splurges and bits of broken glass and overgrowth.
We got straight to it litter picking, sweeping and edging to make the path look welcoming and foliage free for all users to enjoy.
On the way back we did some paired work, utilizing a steady ramp and a lot of stairs carry out some 1-2-step/squat and hill sprints before heading home for stretches and food and drink.
Until next time, happy running! :)
