We met at the yard outside Brent Mencap where we did a warm up prior to setting off on our litter picking exercise.

We collected a variety of litter, mainly fast food packaging, wrappers and drink cans as we walked along the high road. Once we deposited our big sacks in a safe place we began a 4k run round the community before finishing at our starting place with some stretches.
