Upon arriving at Mrs R, she informed me that her neighbour eventually replied and got the shopping for her.
She however ask me if I could help her to reschedule a hospital appointment as well as trying to call her GP.
Being there already I of course said I could. Once inside Mrs R house, I straight away saw why she has difficulties contacting those places. HER PHONE.
She has a old dial up phone. Most places having an automatic system before being able to speak to someone, she cannot access the option needed.
After a few calls and plenty of hold (crap) music the hospital appointment was cancelled and the GP contacted but unable to get a same day call back for Mrs R.
Once this was done I've bid farewell to Mrs R and went on my way home.
