We had relatively short run to the Suffolk Law Centre for tonight's task which was moving office furniture between floors and reconfiguring the office space.

On arrival we were greeted by Sophie , Audrey and Paul who had already marked up what need to be moved and the intended location, making it simple and well organised.

It didn't take long for the largest item to be grabbed and moved event though it was a stationery cupboard - thank you for the hilarious pun Keith!

A variety of chairs, desks and smaller items were moved up and down stairs and cupborads refilled once in place. Floors were hoovered and meeting rooms reconfigured - all in a matter of minutes. It was a Goodgym whirlwind.

After a team photo our run back was punctuated with several hill repeats along the route including a couple of subway slopes - what fun !

So our last Group Run and task for January - we didn't quite make the 100 task target (75 in total) but with around 160km remaining and 3 days left, it looks like we will hit the 2500km collective distance target. None of the areas in our division has reached 1000km yet and we are around 9th overall nationally - tremendous work for the January Challenge.
