Our top crew of VI guide running Goodgymmers (Simon, Tracey, Charlie, Michelle and Rachel) joined local guide John and Achilles International London founding member Chris Blackabee for an awesome evening of running at Paddington Rec Track. Despite the scorching weather, we were able to run some excellent sessions with Naqi, Asfaq, Tom, Chris and Mark, while Chris' daughter Siri minded our bags (while performing cartwheels, of course).
