We had an absolutely smashing time at our weekly guiding and group run at Paddington Rec Track last night. Chris Blackabee, founder of the Achilles International London chapter left a lovely message about our session here:
"An absolute massive turnout last night of Achilles UK athletes, guides, volunteers and guide dogs at our regular weekly training session on the track. Thanks to each and everyone who made it such a great fun Workout. Was lovely to have the opportunity to have a great social In the pub afterwards with so many of you."
The picture shows a large group of people gathered for what appears to be a group photo at night. They are outdoors, with some individuals standing and others kneeling or crouching in the front row. The group is diverse in terms of gender and age, and many are wearing sports or running attire, with several in high-visibility clothing. There are also a few dogs with the group. In the background, there is a well-lit sports field with people playing a game, possibly football, surrounded by tall fencing. Trees are visible in the far background, and the area is illuminated by artificial lighting, giving the scene a vibrant nighttime atmosphere.
We will be back at Emirates Stadium next week on Thursday 1st February, starting from Arsenal Underground at 6pm:
