Was definitely on the cooler side of chilly in this part of London today, that brief moment of spring last week already seems a distant memory.

"Is it cold out?" Ms J asks, peering at my layers and woolly hat.

"Yes", I say, "colder than expected, glad I brought my hat"

"Where are your gloves then?"

"In my pocket" I reply.

"Fat lot of good they're doing in there" she wisely retorts.

Which only goes to prove that with age, comes wisdom.
