To see out the rest of May, we went back over the ‘Greatest Hits’ of our lockdown fitness sessions so far.

Morwenna and Miriam got us started with the wildlife challenge, finding a cute family of geese and exchanging photos of the horses and foals on fields nearby.

Liam found many of our task locations - the girl guides, the Mission Care Centre and the Kenyan Hills by the Mailbox.

Raull kept up his sweet time in London with the Tate and Lyle factory making up his landmark entry.

I ventured out for a long run and found myself at the venue for the very first GoodGym Birmingham Group Run task. This is the basketball court where we did our best to sweep up an impressive weight of broken glass, so it was safe to play in again. The good news is that a few years on, it is still looking clear and safe.

Finally, Ben found some horses on his run, as well as getting the running shoes entry in at the very last.
