Mrs E had requested a couple of runners to "paint her corners". Her skirting board and floor in the corridor were looking a bit tired and worn. David and I were provided a wide array of brushes, white paint, tape, tools and chemicals and set to work.

David's precise masking tape work set us up well and we were done in no time. We had to leave half the floor so that Mrs E could still access the kitchen and loo so we will have to return to finish the job.

Mrs E was very pleased, saying that the new paintwork had cheered her up no end. She has also promised us some cake when we return!
