So tonight.....we welcomed a new face to the ever growing Richmond group -welcome Adam from the American uni in Richmond, we then set off for our mini adventure...

We began today's task with a "Mark special knees" warm up. Which I'm sure we will all be demonstrating in the Richmond night clubs. It was all uphill from there when we set off on our run ... and half of us got lost. We just all headed for the hills!!

Some of us took the wrong hill!

Poor Liz was subject to shuttle runs while she waited for the rest of the group! Well done Liz

Then it was all downhill to our destination at Pools at the Park- excited by the rumours of mountains of moss. It was all hands to the tools as we went on a moss hunt but there was none to be found. So we made our self a job and got to work clearing any leaves we could find.

Head torches at the ready we began the mammoth task of clearing the leaves on the tennis court.
And then onto the children's play park with enough leaves to house a battalion of hedgehogs. Eight bursting bags later and a spontaneus circuit on the outdoor gym, we propped up our gardening tools in Mark's 'other hut' and sauntered back to Wholefoods for a cool down.

Although we lost the moss...and each other! We came together again for the GG social at the Victoria Inn pub and enjoyed a celebratory drink and pat on the back for all our good work!

The run report tonight was constructed by EVERYONE who took part in tonight's run. Well done guys! Adam...we will make sure you experience the story telling another time.

Great night, looking forward to the next social and of course next weeks run!
