Four goodgymers (including a traveling goodgymer from Bristol – Welcome!) made their way over to All Hallows church hall to help out with a great charity (the All Aboard Club). Today’s task was to create the biggest most complex train track we could – one that Thomas the Tank engine and friends would be jealous of!!
Once we were given the green signal we all cracked on creating as complex a track as we possibly good. There were bridges, junctions, curves and bends – it was amazing. It was so complicated it was literally overload – I mean “Train comes I don't know its destination. It's a one-way ticket to a madman's situation”. Such a great task though. Lots of smiles on the kids as they arrived and started sending the trains around our track. Shinkansen’s making their way around, InterCitys making their way along the west coast hall-line – and poor Billy with 8 carriages slugging his way around! Poor guy! Still, the kids loved it and it was great to see them taking full advantage of the track.
Great task. Looking forward to the next one with this charity.
