This week's virtual fitness session saw us fill up our backpacks with books and beans (hopefully in tins!) to bust some biceps and build those booties!!
We had exercises to hit all those different muscles including lunges, squats, shoulder presses and mantis get-ups (Mary's favourite!!) - the killer was the final abs set which left some of us pretty sore the day after!!
Well done Allie and Alison for joining us from the park and top marks to Mary who is our most regular fitness session attendee - she's going to be an even more unstoppable force when GoodGym gets back in action!!
Once again, we were so tired and sweaty we forgot to take a Zoom screen grab - doh!!
