The 1st day of March and what better day to start a new challenge?!
This week its press ups !
Barbara ,Duncan and Paula joined me on zoom and after a bit of a chat we all started at own level ( knees/ extended knees/ toes and carried out our chosen number of reps. The goal is to increase by 10 per day but this can be in a variety of different levels of difficulty. The main thing is to give it a go āŗ
We all then had another go atvtge plank challenge. Whilst 3 of us matched our finishing time on Friday Barbara stormed through and increased her time by a good 30 seconds!
Kudos to you all tonight but especially Barbara šššš
