We were able to get on once medequip moved the medical bed into the bedroom. The mattress of the divan bed was lucky enough to fit in a small storage space in the hall way, but the frame was too stuborn just to get through the door. Mrs H's neighbour was so kind to help out. We took advantage of our bold imagination and decided to try to fit the bedframe into the side corner beside the fireplace, standing against the wall, while leaving the plug socket available on the other side. After some careful measurement and moving things around the bedframe was in! Minimising the space it takes, now Mrs H has a lot more space in her living room. We also helped to hoover the room and made her medical bed. Mrs H now can sit in her living room sofa and enjoy her TV!
