On a glorious morning, Leanne and I arrived at Mrs S to help move a sofa. Unfortunately Mrs S lost her husband and son in a short space of time, so needed a sofa moving back into the sitting room from the garage to try and get normality returned to her life.

We've done many sofa tasks over the years, we were expecting this to be another 5 minute easy task. Boy were we wrong! We struggled to fit the heavy sofa through the two front doors despite all the pivoting and brute force we could muster.

After 20 minutes Mrs S called on the neighbour to help us. The good samaritan appeared and provided a great assistance. With an extra pair of hands* we had the sofa through the door and in the sitting room in no time!
