All fine with today’s mission down to Royal Docks and the prescription drop-offs for Ms V and Ms S. The folks in the pharmacy know us well now, so it runs like clockwork (assuming I go to the right branch).

Today’s interesting thing was that on returning home, my street had been evacuated because of a mysterious package left outside one of the houses. An hour and a half wait ensued whilst the police ensured everything was safe (nice to chat to neighbours though!) It did occur to me that if the worst should happen and leave me with the clothes I was stood up in and a bicycle, at least I would still have a GoodGym t-shirt.
