Arrived to Ms M and was buzzed in after being told to use a lift that most people's nightmares are made of (I only used to get up and then took the stairs to get out and back in again!).

We went thoroughly through the list as Ms M wanted to make sure I could read her writing - she had also saved me the packets of some of the goods so I'd know exactly what to buy. The list looked a little overbudget, so we negotiated only one bottle of wine.

Headed to Iceland and Sainsbury's with her Betty Boop trolley in tow and managed to get most things on the list (albeit going 35p over). Headed back and Ms M was glad to see me but less glad that I thought the 'butter' on the list had been crossed out when, in fact, she'd bolded it as she wanted it the most.

Back out I went and managed to grab a pat so all was not lost. Back again (still avoiding the lift) and Ms M was very grateful that I'd gone the literal extra mile to make sure she could enjoy her toast in the morning.

Great work Samantha, especially going the literal extra mile!
