Breaking brambles
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Wandsworth.
- Saturday, 23rd of September 2017
2 runners arrived one bright Saturday morning to the home of Mrs P. The task was some chopping and clearing of a garden that could certainly be described as overgrown, preventing her from being able to enjoy it. Even the electric saw wasn't up to the task so one runner set about hacking at the bramble growth while the other clipped and bagged, and made the front section accessible. This is one of those tasks where the pictures say it all. After nearly 3 hours the difference was dramatic and we departed with the satisfaction of a job well done.
