4 GoodGymers got a full-body work-out this afternoon, giving the school ground at Exminster Community Primary School a big sweep up.
It was a glorious afternoon, perhaps the last day of real summer, and we made the most of it by running and cycling over to Exminster Community Primary School to help them sweep up all the leaves that has fallen into the school ground.
It was fantastic to have Miriam with us for her first GoodGym session! We hope you enjoyed it and that we see you soon again! Also great to see our regulars Lucy Rand Kathy.
What a DREAM-TEAM!
We worked super hard for 1.5 hours and filled a whole green bin with leaves. Well done team! How nice with some cold drinks and biscuits provided by the school to give us enough energy to run and cycle home again afterwards. And of course nothing beats the feeling of getting fit whilst doing good! I hope you all felt as buzzing as I did when I got home!
