In the shadow of the Emirates stadium lies a Co-Op and a Tesco Express. Neither with queues but neither could quite do the whole of Ms A's list. A few oranges and tiger bread at Co-op and everything else from Tesco. All delivered. I discovered where Arsenal station is and got in a 5km on a day when my legs just weren't quite feeling run ready.
