10 Goodgym runners ran to Inspire charity at Moulsham mill.

The garden has been under siege by rabbits and they are looking to keep them out of the garden to protect the vegetables and plants. The rabbits have been digging under the wall by a pile of logs and our task was to move the wood so that they could prevent the rabbit invasion.

This was further complicated by the presence of loads of stinging nettles and thistles!

After a bit of stalling with the strimmer which eventually was not strong enough for the bigger stinging nettles, we cut a path through to the log pile and began moving the logs across to the next field.

Meanwhile the rest of the Goodgym crew were digging around the patio area so that planting could progress.

Loads of logs and stick were moved and lots of digging completed, with stones and weeds removed and we were treated to drinks and biscuits. A quick tidy up and it was off on a trail run beside the river. We ran up to the bridge over the lock by Chelmer village and back along the other side.

Another great session in the very warm sunshine! See you soon Inspire!
