What would otherwise have been a fairly damp and dreary Saturday afternoon in January was brightened by meeting the equally delightful Ms A and her cat, Mr T.

The objective of the mission was to replace a broken catflap, which, having served its purpose for the last 25 years had finally succumbed to the ins and outs of Mr T, his predecessors, and possibly some other unwanted guests. It was bringing in a bit of draught and Mr T was reliant on Ms A letting him in via the human door. A friend of Ms A's had found the exact model to replace the old catflap (a relief to find it still available after such a long time!) so it was a pretty straightforward task to take out the old and put in the new cat flap.

Having become accustomed to being let in and out, Mr T took a little bit of persuasion to try out his new door, but Ms A knew that the sound of treats shaken in a box would be enough for him to make the effort. What a great mission to kick off the new year!
