This evening, 5 members of GoodGym Coventry met up virtually for our first online fitness session. Following a quick catch up on important news from the group, we started our training. After a thorough warm up, we targeted our cardiovascular fitness and took part in some body weight strengthening exercises. It was a great way to spend time with our friends and get fit. We will meet again next week although at a slightly later time. It was great to see the creative challenges submitted for the challenge accepted element.
Next week, we are walking with awe!
