Mrs H felt that her shrine wasn't large enough or tidy enough to invite her fellow worshippers to her home. She called Changing Shrines to transform her worship area. Top interior designers, Kash and Sevan were sent to make her living room fabulous.
Mrs H wanted rid of her old furniture and asked pictures and vases to be moved from the old tables and cabinets that she had to other locations in her living room. Some items that were no longer in vogue, including a pillar, were banished to storage outside and destined for charity donation. An existing cabinet would fill the space in the living room and give Mrs H more space in her bedroom.
With the space in the living room cleared, Kash and Sevan had to be sure that the new furniture would slide into space and not obscure a painting of Krishna. An improvement was also requested, to give Ganesh pride of place above the other gods and goddesses. A hammer and nails were found, Kash measured twice then marked the position of the nail as space was tight, then both Kash and Sevan took turns in trying not to whack their fingers while hammering the nail in.
After a bit of wire fettling, Ganesh took pride of place, perfectly positioned. The new cabinet also slid into place below the image of Krishna and Mrs H's living room was now ready for worship. She was delighted with the changes made.
