Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Lucy Hill
It’s been a funny time in the UK at the moment, with brexit and the pandemic and everything else going on. Luckily I didn’t need any McDonald’s milkshakes or petrol, but I did notice a few of the items of my list for Mrs J weren’t in stock.
This week, V had sent this list through: ‘ 1) small potatoes x1pack 2) Mr Kipling French Fancies x1pack 3) Asda custard tarts x1pack of 2 4) Asda choc ices x1pack 5) Mousse (fruit &/ choc) x1pack 6) Galaxy smooth milk chocolate x20 bars 7) Heinz spaghetti hoops x2 small tins 8) Walburtons medium sliced white bread x1 small or half loaf 9) 6 free range eggs 19) prawn cocktail x1pot 11) Lurpak spreadable butter 12) wotsit (funny cylindrical crisps mum dips in her cream cheese these days!)’.
There was an empty shelf where the choc ices were, so I had to go rogue with dark chocolate ones this week. The other thing missing were the crisps - no wotsits to be seen. Luckily, I could Cheeto, and buy a similar savoury snack for Mrs J to dip into her cheese!
Mrs J was pleased to have her shopping, and wasn’t too concerned about her crisps and ice cream. As long as her chocolate was in the bag, she was happy!
