A multi day event helping The Alexander Devine Hospice to chip Christmas Trees.

The teams were introduced to the big orange monster chipper and after a quick lesson from Kate (our supervisor) they were let loose on the pile of Christmas trees that had been collected by an army of volunteers for a small donation to the Alexander Devine Hospice. The total raised is ~£7000!!!!

The chipper made short work of trees of all shapes and sizes! Tall, short, skinny and bushy!! It was tree-rrific fun, but just make sure you let go of the tree!!

Sophie and Jess tree-umphantly chipped 150 trees on day 1!

Diya, Kanika and Kelley followed this up with 200 trees on day 2!

Shelia and Anita took the final shift and chipped a fantastic 170 trees.

The team are looking forward to meeting the big orange monster next year!!
