The rain proved to be the only challenging part of today's nearby mission for the cheery and inquisitive Mrs T.

Her straightforward shopping list of two M&S Roast Lamb dinners supplemented by a (late addition to the list) Cherry fruit cake were easy to locate once I'd decided which M&S I was going to target in advance of arriving at her flat, where I was met by her carers who, with Mrs T's guidance from her bed, made sure they handled the goods with care.

Not just any GoodGym mission, this was most definitely an M&S one...
