This week's workout was carrying two large heavy co-op bags in the suddenly surprising sunshine filled with goodies and cleaning essentials for Mrs. S.

She was happy to receive these small comforts, telling me she was a bit bored right now after having had her daughter and son in law visit earlier in the week!

Other fun happenings on my walk were; bumping into the vicar from st Faith's (we'll be back there next week!) and I got to sport my new leafy face mask, cannot wait to get the GG one!
