As Sam arrived to Peckham Rye park to meet the other parkrun volunteers, he briefly met Laura who decided to volunteer with GoodGym for the first time as she normally does volunteering with Thames21, but saw this as an easy good deed to claim.

Laura was given the last marshall place whilst Sam covered Anna B, who was sick, as a tail walker.

On a cloudy day with the smell of rain in the air (plus still being school summer holidays), only 56 kids showed up...which is half of what they would normally expect.
