As part of the Goodgym Southwest party, 55 GoodGymmers descended on Somerdale Pavilion (a.k.a. the Curly Wurly) parkrun - with 25 volunteering and 30 running.
Situated in the grounds of the old Cadburys/Frys chocolate factory this compact course on a Cyclecross course fits in rather a lot of twists, turns and spirals - but not much straight!
A quick course brief and shout out to the volunteers saw off the last of the rain, with a rainbow appearing as the runners set off.
Observing the course all you could see were runners running left to right, right to left, in, out, shaking it all about. Any video of runners on the day needing to be set to the signature Benny Hill music!
Team Goodgym cheered on every runner and formed a finishers tunnel to welcome the last runners home.
