Nathan saw out January challenge with a deed for Cardiff but done in a city without a GG - Glasgow. After a month of litter picking Nathan could confidently predict what he'd usually find in Cardiff, but Glasgow provided some new, if not clichéd, additions in the form of Irn Bru cans, Innis and Gunn cans and Highland Springs bottles.

Nathan and his daughter combined exercise with a good deed today, with Nathan jogging, Tabitha scootering, and collecting rubbish as they went. Tabitha was on a scouting mission scootering ahead and pointing out what Nathan should collect. A bag collected towards mission 100

Cardiff GG has hit it's January targets with a handful of days to spare, so they've set their sights on a new goal - to get 100 bags of rubbish collected in January. Fortunately while the end is in sight for RED Jan and Jan challenge, there is no end to the litter to be found on Cardiffs streets. Nathan collected three bags while out for his run tonight - the main offender today being £1.49 litre bottles of energy drink. Not a great advert for the product as it clearly doesn't give you enough energy to go and find a bin once you've drunk it
