The dynamic duo were back to work on another garden in the LB of Barnet. It was seemingly going to be a complete white wash as we made our way to Mrs M, amidst the remnants of Hurricane Humberto, and the threat of another downpour. However, luck was with us and the clouds cleared away whilst we garnered information about our task and gathered our tools for the job.

The threat of rain did it's best to dampen our moods. However, we ignored the warnings of mother nature and began work on the garden with gusto. Jodi grappled with the edges of the garden and managed to remove and clear lots of plants and flowers in preparation for the long, dark winter months. Meanwhile I tackled the body of the garden with a hover mower. After a quick demonstration I was set loose with the machine and meandered my way up and down the garden… it took longer than expected but thankfully I finished the job as night began its descent. We began to rake and collect the newly mowed grass, however Mrs M insisted we had helped her out enough and sent us on our way. We hadn’t realised that it already gone past 7 pm, so it really was time we boarded the metaphorical train back home. Instead we decided we hadn’t yet had enough GoodGym… so headed straight to the group run task to meet the Good gym Barnet crew at Northway gardens.
