Today, a group of GoodGym runners met to help prepare some railings for a fresh coat of paint.
We arrived at Balin House's Gardens, met our contact, then picked up where things were left off after last week's task. The job? Using stanley knives and sandpaper to peel back layers and layers of old paint - quite satisfying and meditative, but also key to making the repainting effective.
Leaps and strides were made, and the railings are even more prepared for a fresh layer of paint!
