Ana, Paulin and Sam met Ian and the Green team from Old Alleynian Rugby Club on a gloriously beautiful sunny Sunday. It was Ana's first GoodGym mission since 2018 😳 yet, four years later and she was back. It was great to hear that GoodGym hadn't changed in its philosophy and purpose.

Ian had previously said we would be tackling the ditches, however, he thought it was best to tackle a corner area of the rugby club that was overgrown with brambles and prickly pear trees. It was like navigating a mine field.

It was slow and somewhat painful - we all had a thorny experience....but we managed to breakthrough the lines and venture further into the "bramble forest".

Towards the end of the session, we were treated to a delightful treat of a mini fun size chocolates and sweets for extra energy and a treat for afterwards.

We will be back the final Sunday of March, but potentially before...
