Well, didn't we get our Disco moves on last night! We were boogie-ing all over those ballet squats, kicking lunges and planking! The Disco really inspired some excelled hip-swinging in between the exercises (making it that much harder, don't you think:)) and got that heart beating to burn the calories! Great job everyone - think we'll bring back the Disco tunes one monday again:)
