At Brooklands, near the water plant, we began the first stage of transforming the area from a mass of overgrown greenery to something more visually appealing. Forking over the earth and loading the weeds into a skip, we got an impressive amount done in the time and the skip itself with its contents will also become part of the new feature. Two of us gave the other skip a makeover with the help of a wire brush. No doubt we'll be back to continue later!
