Three parkruns across Birmingham were supported by Goodgym with five of us helping in various roles. At Perry Hall, I joined Raull to set up the course and he completed his 50th Good Deed with Goodgym in the process. Over at Edgbaston Reservoir, Liam was the Run Director and Ryan was out on the course as a Marshal. As usual, at Woodgate Valley, Steven provided wraparound services before and after the run to make it happen.
