This week we were meant to be heading to Trinity close to help the residents keep the local areas free of any rubbish.

Due to the hot weather conditions, we have been experiencing, John the head of the resident's group thought it would be a good idea not to come along this week as they felt it would be better to stay indoors.

Not to be put off by this - Rob and Fiona went for a light run in the heat around Brunton park taking it steady with Fiona just back from an injury. Fiona managed to complete the run without stopping, so decided she definitely deserved a picture with the flowers in the park.

Next week we will be going back to Trinity close to help out as we missed last week, hope to see you there.
