Another shopping trip for John and I’m now getting around Asda much more quickly as I become familiar with the layout of the aisles. As he still has no working cooker, his list consists of essentials, such as bread and milk but also cooked meats and microwaveable veg and frozen meals, so much the same, each time. This means I am able to find items much easier, getting around and out in record time.

John has been very busy with his model making again this week, and is currently working on a double decker bus...along with seven other models!!!

After passing over his shopping, we had a bit of a catch up, and then it was off to the next task. Leaving isolated older people is quite difficult, when you know that you may be the only person they have spoken with all week. Giving up that little extra time to chat, to ask how they are, and to make a connection is priceless.
