Today's food shop was a quick one. On my return to delver the shopping to Ms M's door a situation that had arisen whilst I was shopping highlighted how vulnerable members of the older community are and why it is so important to help and volunteer where we can.

Ms M was incredibly grateful for the support I offered and when I phoned to check how she was a couple of hours later everything was resolved due to some very quick action being taken.
