6 GoodGymers helped Rhythms of Life homeless charity to get their HQ in order by clearing and shifting 150 boxes.

Great to get out and help Rhythms of life as they settle into their new building while still producing 4 nights of hot meals a week to Westminster's homeless community!

Awesome to have a top GG crew along for the evening, big shout out to Nikie for her first GG Gooddeed and first run in a while!! Hope to see you again soon.

Meeting Faris from the charity and heading way down i to the depth if tge building to get stuck in. clearing boxes and boxes of toiletries, food, and bedding to mane a huge dent into room 2.

Sorting out and putting away the days new food donations and tidying up room 1. Hopefully a bit more light for our next visit so we can get room 3 set up properly.

We even managed to get rid of some unusable stuff to make things easier going forward.

As we left Faris was so pleased with our efforts he gave us our flowers literally!

Thanks for coming along and all your hard work! Look forward to seeing you again soon on another run!

Thanks for organising Joel! My sea bream supper was pretty tasty and the roses have massively cheered up my living room. Already looking forward to doing more next time. Must remember to bring gloves and head torch though 🤦‍♀️
