Eight goodgym members gathered on line to do themselves some good with some Zoom Yoga.
It was an hour long session, using some simple yoga poses both static and dynamic, the focus was on mindful breath and relaxation. The sequences were designed to create a rhythm between tension and relaxation which will benefit both mind and body. We had a group chat after the session.

It was great - thank you! I could really feel my (long unused!) muscles warming up and beginning to work again. Then I had the best night’s sleep for ages! Today I feel motivated to go running again - something I haven’t managed to do yet since feeling unwell last weekend. Thanks!

During class I felt relaxed, occasionally challenged physically but always connected to your narrative - even Zooming on my iPhone.
By the very end, lying flat and doing the breathing exercises, I could feel myself drifting off somewhere (was concerned at one point that might be to a sleeping state).
I went to bed tired and slept well, waking early and motivated.

thanks Paul! :) Hmm, it was nice & calming, I felt very sleepy after shavasana, but it was quite hard during the class too which was good! Or at least for someone recovering from the plague it was hard ;)Rita
