Seven members of Barnet GoodGym turned out to help at the aptly named Sunny Hill parkrun. The undulating course along with the glorious sunshine meant that runners were in need of some extra encouragement, which the wonderful GoodGym volunteers delivered by the bucket load!
Sunny Hill were celebrating their 6 month anniversary so we even got some cake! Hoorah!
