It was Vlad's first GoodGym session after signing up last minute and dashing down from Wapping on his bike. Welcome to GoodGym, Vlad!

Simon was glad too as he had six GoodGymers to help him build the project and vision on Thorlands as we continued to removed old woodchip from the Forest/Kitchen garden entrance and then we hauled barrows and barrows of new woodchip from the other part of the estate to continue to shape and put down the woodchip path.

The hour and a half session zoomed by with great tunes from Sam.
