Rain rain go away

With our task cancelled due to the relentless rain during the afternoon and rather wet ground a hardy small but mighty group of keen runners met up full of optimism and excitement for the group run and fitness session.

The group did not disappoint! There was a great buzz and sense of unity and friendship in the group that was the closet feel good feeling I can remember since pre covid times.

With lamppost sprints on the prom together with squats and lunges the team deserve a gold medal !

We all agreed we can't wait to have more of these weekly group runs !
