A few Goodgym members came together to help Stephens House Gardens. As usual we met at the Phoenix Cinema. (Our fabulous Host who have now given us 10% discount on all food and drink purchased after a run! ) We gathered for a chat and met our newest member Morgan (please click on the link and give him a welcome shout out) We then congratulated Niki & Kirsten for their black shirt status with 50 good deeds! Well done to Richard for now reaching his 300th good deed! We then started our run through the small streets and twittens of East Finchley stopping occasionally to catch our breath or exercise - this included squat kicks , knee bends and an uphill sprint. well done all! We then met up with two more GoodGym members ( Cloud &Dharmesh on his 1st visit to Barnet) and the Park keeper Josh. We set about various jobs including sandpit maintenance, weeding and raking of the playground Woodchip. We then took a stroll through the grounds to view the main house, spikes statue and the water tower near the bothy Gardens. Worth a visit for a coffee or an ice cream on any day of the week. we then ran back the 2 km to the Phoenix for A warm down and some refreshments in the cinemas CAFE.

thanks for coming running and doing good!
