After Park Run Hampstead sent a desperate email on Friday, saying that Parkrun could be cancelled for a lack of volunteers. GoodGym put out a call with a fantastic response.

Yes I made it- we had full rota of volunteers. it was cold and wet but glad could help the parkrun go ahead as planned. we had 190 runners all ages and kids and dogs. I didn’t take any pics but other volunteers did. Followed by hot chocolate.
